Bahgoo's Terms & Conditions — In Plain Terms

By using Bahgoo (https://bahgoo.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Bahgoo.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bahgoo and its users. Bahgoo reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

All gaming activity on Bahgoo is conducted under a strict Fair Play Policy. Unbiased outcomes are ensured through a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly verified by independent third-party audits.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account with Bahgoo:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple members of the same household may not create separate accounts from the same device or IP address.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity — authorised or otherwise — that occurs on your account.

KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, Bahgoo may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is successfully placed, a confirmation number will be issued by the system. Without this number, the bet will not be considered accepted. If a bet fails to register due to a technical issue, it will be deemed void and the stake will be refunded.

Odds Changes

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is submitted are considered final. Bahgoo reserves the right to void bets in cases of a Palpable Error in the odds.

If a Match is Cancelled or Suspended

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match will be void and stakes will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled before 90% of the scheduled time has elapsed after kick-off, all bets are void and stakes are returned.
• If a match is cancelled after 90% or more of play has been completed, settlement will be based on the result at the time of cancellation.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at Bahgoo: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 BDT
• Maximum Single Deposit: BDT 50,000 (may vary subject to mobile banking limits)
• Deposit Processing Time: Instant (typically 1–5 minutes)
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Keep the transaction ID for every deposit — you will need it in the event of any dispute.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Processing Time: Usually within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.
• The maximum weekly withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 BDT. This limit may differ for VIP members.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. In cases of suspicious activity, Bahgoo reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal pending investigation.

Bahgoo offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Once a bonus is accepted, it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are generally 5x the bonus amount. Specific terms are stated separately for each offer.
• Bonus validity is generally 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• The same individual or household may claim a specific bonus only once.
• Betting limits may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bahgoo. Engaging in any of them will result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting
• Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Betting on behalf of or with funds from a third party
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Inactive Account Policy

• An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months.
• Inactive accounts will be charged a maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) per month.
• If your account balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically deactivated.
• To reactivate an inactive account, please contact our support team.

Bahgoo treats the security of your personal information as a top priority. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management, KYC verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

Bahgoo never sells your personal information to third parties. However, we may be required to share data in response to a legal order or regulatory authority request. For more details, please visit our Privacy Policy Read.

Bahgoo is not liable for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment gateways
• Account credential theft resulting from the user's own negligence
• Any force majeure event (natural disaster, government order, etc.)

Bahgoo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or an on-platform notification.
